The three airports owned and operated by Queensland Airports Limited (QAL) at Gold Coast, Townsville and Mount Isa recorded more than 588,500 passenger movements collectively for the month of August.

This was a decrease of 5.3% for the QAL Group over the same period last year.

Gold Coast Airport recorded 419,069 passengers, a decrease of 7.5% over August last year.
